Shipping Policy

We offer free priority 2 or 3 day shipping to the lower 48 states via USPS. Any orders outside of this area are subject to be canceled or reordered with shipping cost added in. We will contact you should this occur. You should receive an email when your order ships with the tracking code. We are not responsible for your clock once the post office marks it as delivered.
 
Return policy 
We do except returns with a 20% restocking fee. Orders must be returned with in 10 days of delivery in the original packaging. Any damages during return shipping will be deducted from the return amount. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

 

Cancellation policy

We do honor cancellations that are confirmed before we purchase the shipping label which happen just before we ship. You should contact us and immediately if you wish to cancel. Once the shipping label is purchased you can no longer cancel the order. 

 

Damaged upon delivery policy

If you order was damaged during shipping please contact with in 10 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

 

Processing time

We try to keep all of clocks in stock and try to ship in under three business days. However we do run out occasionally. If this happens your order will take no longer then 10 business days to ship. If in the rare occasion we do run over the ten day time frame we will contact you. 

 

Holiday orders.

Please look for an announcement regarding cut off dates for Christmas season. We try to meet all orders but do post a cut off date regarding shipping delays. 

 

We are not responsible for delays caused by the post office and are not responsible for delays at customs or any taxes that may be applied.
